Shipping policy

Shipping area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time. International shipping is coming soon — join our mailing list to be notified when we ship to your country.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery time
Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Shipping costs
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, contact us at contact@cracx.co.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at contact@cracx.co and we will make it right. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues as soon as possible.
